Obviously the most important thing for every Great Estate-goer is getting the correct ticket. If you’re not sure where to spend your hard-earned pounds, all your questions can be answered below.
Due to popular demand we have released a limited number of Thursday early camping access tickets, so you can pitch your tent or park up your motorhome without the Friday morning rush!
There will be food vendors so you can ease into a relaxing nights camping before the festival site opens on Friday at midday. You can arrive from 5pm on Thursday 29th May 2025.
If you are choosing to set up camp on Thursday we ask that vehicles don’t leave until Saturday at the earliest due to traffic flow into / out of the car parks.
Please be aware that due to our licencing conditions (updated in 2020), persons under 18 years old are not allowed access to the festival unless accompanied by an over 21 ticket holder. We are enforcing the two young person per one adult ration at The Great Estate 2025.
In order to enforce this, we have only made it possible to purchase a young person’s ticket (13 to 17 years old) in conjunction with an adult ticket. Anyone under the age of 18 who comes to the box office without an adult will not be allowed to swap their tickets for wristbands, and will be sent home. You must be with your young person to collect both yours, and their wristband at the box office. We will not issue wristbands to any young person not accompanied by an adult aged 21+. Proof of connection to the young person will be required on entry (birth certificate for example – this can be shown on your phone)
Young persons, aged 13-17 years old, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 throughout the weekend. This includes entry into the campsites and festival arena. They must camp with you, and not on their own.
Buy purchasing their tickets you are accepting that you will be wholly responsible for the young person/s you are have purchased the tickets for
Any young person found without an appropriate aged adult will be escorted from the venue, and their tickets will not be refunded.
This is a safeguarding issue if you try to let your young person gain access to the festival without you being present and responsible for them.
If you lose your ticket please search your email for this email address: greatestate@buytickets.at
If you still can’t find them you can view your tickets here: Manage My Tickets
You can also just take suitable ID to the box office and they will find you on our system.
When you buy your ticket online, your ticket will be emailed to the email address you provided, please ensure you enter the correct email address. Simply print this out or show your tickets on your phone and bring it with you to the entrance of the festival with valid ID, where it will be exchanged for a wristband(s) that allows access to the festival. You can also show the tickets on your phone so you don’t have to print anything.
Wristband collection will be available for the entire duration of the event until 10pm each evening.
If there are multiple people booked under one ticket order that are arriving at different times, just print the same ticket off for the individuals or have pictures of the ticket codes and our box office staff will check people in separately from the same order. This will work the same if you just show your tickets on your phone.
If you wish to camp you must purchase a weekend camping ticket. Our super early bird camping tickets allow you to camp for the whole three days. If you have individual day tickets e.g. you can enter the festival for that day only, and you cannot camp.
If you wish to bring your motorhome, campervan, caravan or trailer tent, you must also purchase the relevant campervan/ motorhome or caravan ticket option alongside your weekend camping tickets. Each person staying in the campervan / motorhome or caravan requires a weekend camping ticket each.
Any camping vehicle being slept in overnight will also need a valid campervan or motorhome pitch (depending on the size of vehicle), which must have been purchased on this website. All occupants of the vehicle must also have weekend camping tickets. Camping tickets are for the whole weekend. Camping tickets are not available on a per night basis for day ticket holders.
Youth tickets can only be purchased by adults aged 21 and over. There is a adult & youth ticket option so you are able to purchase this ticket type.
