If you are experiencing issues selling your tickets, please reach out to the Tixel team

TRANSFERS: If you wish or need to sell your ticket to someone else then we will ONLY accept ticket exchanges that have been issued and administered by The Great Estate team. FESTIVAL ENTRY

Only customers holding a valid e-Ticket will be admitted to the Event.

Tickets are uniquely named, bar-coded and allow one person entry. It is your responsibility to arrive at the festival site with a valid, e-ticket, and you MUST present additional ID to confirm it is your ticket. Valid ID = Bank card/Drivers’ License/Utility Bill. We will do everything in our power to ensure that only the named ticket holder in each instance gains access to the site, but cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets or ID’s.

On arrival at the Festival site, your unique ticket barcode will be scanned, and you will be given a festival wristband, which must be worn at all times through the duration of the event. You will be asked to show this to gain admission to the Main Arena, and other site areas.

Anyone who is unable to present a valid wristband on request from any of the The Great Estate team or Security staff will be asked to leave site, so please keep your wristband safe.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Day tickets will be given coloured wristbands that permit entry to the site for THAT DAY ONLY. You will not be allowed to bring camping equipment on site or sleep in your car, and will be unable to gain access to the festival site on any other day.

3 day weekend camping tickets allow access to the festival site and camp grounds Friday-Sunday.

3 day weekend non-camping tickets allow you access to the festival site from Friday-Sunday only.

All campers must vacate by midday Monday, and take all belongings with them. Anything left behind will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS

Children & Young Adults are very welcome at The Great Estate Festival but remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. All attendees under the age of 18 (whether Infant, Child or Young Adult tickets) MUST be accompanied ON ENTRY by a paying adult over 21 years of age, and this adult’s contact details will be written on the Child/Under 18’s wristband. No accompanying 21+ adult? No entry. If any young adults are found to be acting unruly, and without a parent or guardian they will be ejected from site and their wristbands removed. The parent or guardian will also be ejected from site and wristbands removed. Tickets will not be refunded.

We will admit a maximum of 2 under 21s per adult admitted.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the suitability of the event for any children in your party, considering such factors as curfew times, appropriateness of music, size of event etc.

CAMPING

Weekend 3 day camping tickets allow you access to the festival campsite from 10am on Friday and include camping for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, and we ask that everyone vacates the camping areas by midday on Monday. If you have 3 day weekend camping tickets you can arrive from 10am on Friday 31st May 2024 to set up camp. Please note, this is a very popular arrival time and there can be long queues to access the site, we would recommend arriving later if possible.

Campervan, motorhome and caravan awnings are accepted but must fit within the allocated pitch of  8x4m. You must ensure you purchase the correct ticket type that includes an awning. Tents are NOT permitted in any of these areas for safety. The festival is a very short walk from the parking and camping area, approximately a three-minute walk.

Camping vehicles, please bring plenty of your own water. The water and showers are supplied in the main campsite which is approximately a five-minute walk from the campervan area. There are no electric hook ups on site, and generators are not permitted.

If you wish to sleep in your car, each occupant must have a valid weekend camping ticket, and motorhome/campervan pitch. It is not possible to purchase camping tickets on a per-night basis. Tents are not permitted on or next to cars, or in any vehicle areas. Roof tents are permitted, but you will require a live in vehicle pitch.

Trailer tents are treated the same as caravans and will require a caravan pitch ticket per trailer tent as well as weekend camping tickets per person sleeping overnight in the trailer tents.

There is a family camping area, separate from the main camping area, with a car park close by. Tents are restricted to the camping area only and are not allowed next to vehicles in the car park or campervan / motorhome or caravan area. The camping field is near the car park so it is not far to walk with your tent/belongings. People do tend to favour the use of wheelbarrows / pull along trolleys to aid with the movement of camping gear.

To stay on-site overnight on any given night (Friday-Sunday), weekend camping tickets must be purchased for each person staying. It is not possible to purchase camping tickets on a per-night basis.

Toilets and fresh water points are located around every camping and motorhome field and the main festival site. This year, we have located the showers by the main entrance and box office and there is a small payment of £3 to use this now – why you ask? We are trying to conserve the amount of water being used due to the water infrastructure having not coped in the past, which has caused issues to local residents, it also keeps our ticket prices down to one of the most affordable in the country for this style of event.

CAR PARKING

We have updated our car parking tickets this year as a single entry ticket only. This means you can access the car park once. If you leave the festival car park and you drive back in, you will have to pay a re-entry fee of £5 each time. This is to help ease the flow of traffic on external roads, help protect roadways and reduce the carbon footprint of the festival. When you purchase a car parking ticket, you agree and will abide to these terms.

DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS

Sorry but we can’t allow any dogs on site, unless registered Guide or Hearing dogs. Please contact our accessibility team in advance of the event on dale@quickpandaproductions.co.uk to arrange this. If you arrive with your dog or any other animal you will NOT be permitted access to the car park. Anyone found to have brought their dog or other animal on site will be asked to leave and will have their wristband removed. We love all animals, and a hot festival car park or campsite is not the place for them.

ALCOHOL

The Festival will operate several fully licensed and affordable bars, and only those over the age of 18 will be served (ID Required) The Great Estate operates a Challenge 25 policy, and you will be asked to provide ID even if you are over 18.

If you look under 25 we will ask you for ID before you can gain entry to the festival. Valid forms of ID are a Drivers License (provisional is ok), Passport or any other form of ID that is certified in the PASS System

We get asked every year if college ID or photocopies are ok. They’re not. We can only accept original versions of the IDs listed above.

NO ALCOHOL purchased off the premises will be allowed onto the main festival site under any circumstances, and the staff reserve the right to confiscate and destroy and alcohol being drunk on the main site that was not bought here.

We allow a reasonable amount of alcohol to be brought in to the camping area: Check out the FAQ’s for more info.

FOOD

There will be plenty of food stalls serving a variety of meals and snacks throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks into the campsite but we do ask that you please try and minimise your pre-packaged food waste and do not bring any glass as it is dangerous.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the unlikely event that The Great Estate is postponed due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract), tickets will be automatically be moved across to the postponed dates, there is nothing you will have to do, the team will take care of this for you. You are also more than welcome to sell your tickets on as tickets and booking fees are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable, even in the unlikely event of the festival being postponed (in its entirety) by the Promoter. Cancellation by a billed artist will not entitle you to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill. If the event is postponed and moved to another date, your tickets will be valid for the new date and refunds will not be given, if you cannot make the new festival date, your tickets will be rolled over to the next year, again no refunds will be given. Bookings fees are never refundable

THINGS TO LEAVE AT HOME

The following items will NOT be permitted in the campsite: Personal stereos, speakers, glass bottles, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and weapons of any kind. All other items that are brought into the car park or either campsite are left at your own risk.

The Great Estate Festival is situated in a beautiful, rural area, and we kindly ask you to respect the welfare of our neighbours by adhering to a 12pm noise curfew across the main campsite. Those persons not abiding by this rule, will be asked to leave the campsite, and the festival site. No refunds will be given in this instance.
