Every year, The Great Estate Festival transforms into a vibrant canvas of music, mystery, and endless entertainment. But have you ever wondered what fuels this rambunctious dimension? By volunteering at The Great Estate, you’re not just giving your time; you’re becoming part of something much bigger than yourself. The Deal

We believe in fair exchange. Here is how it works:

Your Contribution: You complete 2 x 6-8 hour shifts over the festival weekend.

Your Reward: When you’re not on shift, the festival is yours to enjoy!

Returnable Deposit: There is a £50 deposit payable  to process your application and secure your spot. This is returnable once you’ve completed all your shifts. This deposit covers you for all festivals you can see when you login to PAAM. Note: Only applicants who have completed the form and paid the deposit will be considered

Volunteer Roles

We have a variety of roles available to suit different skills and personalities. Whether you love being front-of-house or prefer working behind the scenes, there is a spot for you.

Stewards & Welcome Hosts: Be the first smiling face our guests see! You’ll help with directions, answer questions, and keep the good vibes flowing.

Good Vibes Campsite Crew: Help campers find their pitch, keep the campsite tidy, and ensure everyone is settled and happy.

Box Office & Accreditation: Assist with scanning tickets, issuing wristbands, and checking in guests and crew.

Car Park Stewards: Guide vehicles safely into parking areas and help manage the flow of traffic on arrival.

Road Traffic Management: Assist our professional team in managing traffic on the roads surrounding the estate.

Production Runners: Support the production team with various tasks to keep the festival running smoothly.

Litter Picking & Green Team: Help us keep the beautiful Scorrier Estate pristine by managing waste and recycling.
