Alicia is a multi award-winning Cornwall based yoga teacher and outdoor wellbeing enthusiast. Inspired by life in the tropics having returned from yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, Alicia set up a hugely popular beach yoga class at Gwithian now going into its 9th season. She delivers international retreats and teacher trainings as well as offering an increasing diverse online yoga and wellbeing platform. Her passion of fusing music with yoga inspired Silent Disco Beach Yoga, an immersion of yoga music and good vibes where carefully choreographed and sequenced yoga blends seamlessly with euphoric beats to create an energy shifting experience.

Alicia and Rich of Gwithian Beach Yoga deliver stand out yoga events at festivals and shows in Cornwall, Devon and London as well as regular popular events on Gwithian beach Cornwall, promoting community wellbeing and connection with nature. They are renowned for epic soundscapes and choreographed flows bringing good vibes and uplifting energy which will leave you in a state of Zen.

Description of session

Saturday 30.05 | 10am | Ha Ha (outside in front of Sorrier House)

1 hour Vinyasa Yoga Flow | Yoga for all levels | Children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult
You will need to bring a yoga mat or towel to join the session
We provide the headphones for you to listen as Alicia guides you through an energising Vinyasa yoga class and music together for a yoga flow blended with beats. Alicia curates the yoga sequence to be uniquely blended with a specially selected playlist to channel good vibrations and positive energy to all taking part.
