Upgrade your festival experience with The Shire

This is where glamping meets fantasy fiction. Everyone loves comfort and warmth at an outdoor event, and, sometimes, all you want to do is take time out, curl up and escape from the party. Gentle lamp light, homely surroundings and a comfy bed to rest your head. A magical retreat, a grounded space to renew your sparkle ready for tomorrow’s adventures.

In here, you are safe and warm, cocooned and, maybe, just a little smug. So close the door, snuggle up and sleep; let your imagination guide you towards enchanted slumber. This is where glamping meets fantasy fiction. You won’t need to go on a quest to find added luxuries as these heated, lockable huts come with power sockets and lighting, as well as a mirror, bedside table, beds with foam mattress, sheet and cushions, rug, floor mat, coat hooks, bin, bespoke outside stools and a welly stand (please bring your own bedding such as a sleeping bag/duvet/pillows). Each occupant must also have weekend camping tickets.

Please note, this is the hire price for the duration of the festival, including a £50 refundable damage deposit. The deposit will be returned once we’re happy that your hut hasn’t been damaged (e.g. destroyed by a wizard’s spell or a band of unruly orcs). And, please, even if you are in a group of halfings, the two-berth huts are for two people and the four-berth huts are for four people. So, please keep your shire hut to yourselves – and, please, no trolls – they ALWAYS smash the place up! Refunds – we can only refund the price paid for your hut if we are able to re-sell the booking before 6 weeks prior to the event. Glamping Bell Tents, What’s Included?

To stay in a Luxury Glamping Bell Tent, simply choose the bell tent option in the ticket section. The 5 metre bell tents have a zipped in ground sheet and all of the following is included: air mattresses with sheets, lighting, mirror, low level table, bunting inside and out, coloured lights around the centre pole, door mat, welly boot holder, large rug and power to charge your mobile phone and devices, and a name sign outside so you know which tent is yours.  All you have to do is bring your own bedding! How good does that sound?
