The Ondines are an upbeat, all woman DIY band from Southend-on-Sea.
Born one night in the iconic Railway pub through a shared desire to make empowering music and have fun. Starting life as an acoustic trio, The Ondines have grown into a rockin’ pop 6 piece with attitude and bangers to back it up. The Ondines sound is eclectic, taking cues from the vintage harmonies of Crosbie, Stills and Nash, the girl group charm of the Shangri-Las, and the rebellious energy of The Slits.
